Hi all, from November 25 to December 10, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart. 

Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to be and to feel safe. Everywhere. Always. And that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.

We're halfway through 16 Days of Activism!

Friday 1st Dec
Hello all! It's officially the first day of December and we're about halfway through 16 Days of Activism. A bit of an update on how are things going for this fundraiser. We have officially raised nearly 1.3K over the past 7 days and I am 2/3 of the way through my 30 km goal! 

To those who have donated, thank you so much! I know this time of the year is always so expensive and with cost of living, it's not easy to donate so I am truly grateful to everyone who has kindly put aside what they could to donate to this cause. 
For those considering donating and who are able to do so, please do! Just because we have raised nearly 1.3K doesn't mean we can't raise more to help protect and support women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence.

I hope to provide you all with another update within the next few days and fingers crossed, this fundraiser will keep going strong.

Look at what we've achieved in 24 hours!

Hi all, it's only been 24 hours since this page was set up and we have already raised $809.00!
 
I also officially started my kms today and achieved 8 kms! Thank you all for your generosity, for your support and for motivating me as well to meet my goal of 30 kms over the next 16 Days! 

Hopefully we can keep the momentum going and continue raising funds to eliminate violence against women and children. Thank you all once again to those who have donated and please do share this page to others who may be keen to support!

We've met the goal of $300! Can we exceed it?

Hi everyone!

I'm so pleased to say that after 4 hours of setting up this page, we have met our goal of $300! I feel so blessed for everyone's support and am so happy that myself and all those who donated were able to raise such incredible funds in record time! 

Now, my next goal is to try and exceed this goal, especially noting that 16 Days of Activism has just begun! I have a commitment to start getting those kms going and I hope you will support me by donating for this great cause and to support me and UN Women Australia in this fight to eliminate violence against women and children.
