This is for women and girls everywhere....

Hi family and friends, from November 25^th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart. 

Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.

Pause for a moment and think about the women and girls in your life. The reassuring smile of your mother, grandmother or aunty, the loving gaze of your wife or girlfriend, the unwavering support of your sister or friend and the tiny hands of your daughter or niece. You would do anything to protect them. This challenge is more than 16 days; it’s a call to action for lasting change. Real systemic change happens when every one of us speaks up about women’s safety and steps forward as humans to protect and empower women and girls.
