My target 100 kms
This is for women and girls everywhere....
Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.
Help me reach my fundraising goal and we can help to build a better future for women and girls around the world.

Tuesday 13th Oct💜🚶♀️SAFE. EVERYWHERE. ALWAYS.
🚨 100KM. 16 DAYS. ONE CAUSE I’M PRETTY DAMN PASSIONATE ABOUT! 🚨
Well, I’ve gone and signed myself up for something! 😂
From 25 November to 10 December, I’ll be putting my little legs to work, walking 100 kilometres in 16 days to raise funds for UN Women Australia’s Safe. Everywhere. Always. campaign.
Here’s the catch! For those who know me… know I don’t actually love walking! 😂
But sometimes something matters enough to push yourself outside your comfort zone, test your limits and put in the hard yards. And if a few sore legs and some colourful language along the way can help make a difference, then I’m bloody well up for it! 💪
👏 Because women and girls shouldn’t have to be brave just to walk home. 👏
It’s 2026, and we’re STILL living in a country where women and girls think twice about walking alone, catching public transport after dark or simply going about their lives.
We share our locations, clutch our keys, change our routes and look over our shoulders.
And somehow, we’ve accepted that fear is just part of being female.
Well, I don’t accept it. And I don’t think any of us should.
I want an Australia where our mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers and little girls can walk wherever the bloody hell they want, whenever they want, without fearing whether they’ll make it home safely.
Where little girls grow up learning to be adventurous, independent and confident, rather than learning how to be afraid.
And where every woman and girl, even those we’ve never met, has the same right to feel safe.
💔 Globally, 137 women and girls are killed every day by someone they know.
Just let that sink in.
Behind every statistic is a real person. Someone’s daughter. Someone’s mother. Someone’s little girl. A life, a future and people who love her.
It’s heartbreaking. And quite frankly, it makes me bloody angry.
Women and girls deserve to feel safe in their homes, schools, workplaces, relationships and on our streets.
👏 EVERYWHERE. 👏 ALWAYS.
I’m tired of hearing about another tragedy, another life lost, another few days of outrage before the conversation fades away.
We need to stop asking women and girls what they could have done differently and start asking why this is still happening in the first place.
I know walking 100km won’t change the world.
But awareness, conversations, standing up for what’s right and refusing to accept violence as a normal part of life absolutely can make a difference.
So I’ll be walking for those who have felt afraid.
For those who have survived.
For those whose voices haven’t been heard.
For those who never made it home 🥺😡
And for every little girl who deserves to grow up in a world where being female doesn’t mean growing up afraid. 💜
If you can spare a few dollars to support my challenge, I’d be incredibly grateful. And if you can’t, a share, a conversation or some encouragement when my short little legs are ready to give up would mean just as much! 😂
And to the blokes reading this, we need you standing alongside us too.
This isn’t men versus women. It’s decent human beings standing up for other human beings.
Surely that’s not too bloody much to ask?
💜 Every mother. Every daughter. Every sister. Every grandmother. Every little girl. Every woman.
SAFE. EVERYWHERE. ALWAYS.
Not just when we’re careful.
Not just when we’re with someone.
Not just when we’re lucky.
ALWAYS.
🇦🇺 Come on, Australia. We can do better. And we bloody well should.
