Saturday 15th Nov Ive also been focused on womens rights, human, multicural, ethinicty, anf gender orientation or sexual preference rights. Preventing harassment, suicide, ptsd and cptsd, panic attacks, severe anxiety and abuse in any form or harassment is a huge issue and focus for me. Ive always studied this and the statistics and watched the news and posted every mental health awareness month, and suicide awareness month. Its so important, mens suicide rates are very high, suicide attempts are so high, womens murder rates from dv are absolutely crazy plus on the streets and at night are high too and more stabbings in safe areas plus illegal guns and murder, lqbtqi suicide rates are insanely high due to bullying alone and school bullying and abuse and even physical violence has been a major issue for almost every student, jobs such as veterinary medicine, paramedicine, nursing, policing sometimes, and medicine are causing suicide rates to be insanely high, and cptsd to be regular. Violence in the workplace and bullying has become high in every work place and in the emergency and medical field, plus veterinary medicine attacks and murders against staff have been very high, and staff turnover and ptsd has been extremely high and regular in these industries. Also lots of other companys have major staff turn over and career changes even multiple times everywhere even though it was their original dream job. Workplace physical injuries are insanely high in all manual handling jobs inclusive of office jobs, victims comp is going up and so is lack of whs training and a lot of workplaces do not have first aid officers. Scope of practice for workers is becoming less, more diplomas are coming out and more 1st or 2nd year qualifications are as well. There are also university degrees transferring to jobs in healthcare and emergency services due to staff turn over and abuse and ptsd. Managers seem to all be a major issue alongside junior managers and senior staff and lots of sick leave is denied and there are major money issues due to being selfish with money, or due to job issues and loew staffing Etc, also many jobs do not have legally trained first officers. The world has changed so much and so many cultures still allow under-age marriage with a big age gap and also sexual assault is permitted. Running with my dog before it even starts for mental health

Saturday 15th Nov My dog needs running for mental health and as people it increases the hormone and endorphin levels in our brain to reduce stress and is also healthy for our metabolism. Im running to promote mine and my dogs mental health and to raise funds for domestic violence for any gender and culture. Starting today i will run every day, with or without my dog and go to the gym or muay thai Share
