Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.
Help me reach my fundraising goal and we can help to build a better future for women and girls around the world.

Domestic violence is something that affects far too many people. It’s not always visible, it’s not always physical, and it’s not always easy to leave. Behind closed doors, people are experiencing things that the outside world may never see.
Leaving isn’t easy. Starting again can be frightening, overwhelming and full of uncertainty. Rebuilding your life after experiencing abuse can be one of the most challenging things a person ever has to do.
Nobody should have to shrink themselves, lose their sense of identity or compromise who they are just to keep the peace. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and free to be themselves without fear of someone else’s control.
I’m supporting this fundraiser because everyone deserves to live a life free from fear, control and abuse. Women and children deserve safety, support and the freedom to make their own choices, find their voices and live life on their own terms.
