Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.

Getting over the broken foot blues
Wednesday 29th Oct Hey fam, I’m participating in this walk to end violence against woman and girls to raise awareness but also challenge myself. As you all know, I significantly injured my foot almost a year ago -breaking 4 bones and tearing a major ligament. Two surgeries down and the road of recovery & rehab has been very long and painful! Only weaning out of the moonboot now, I’m looking each day to increase the amount of steps I take and distance I can walk so 45kms total in 2 weeks will be a challenge! (Currently I can do 30km)Thank you to my sponsors
