Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.

Wednesday 29th Oct Growing up a young girl to a women is hard for SA to DV unfortunately is so close to home for me and with daughters myself i have made it my mission that they would never have to go through anything like i had to. For years i was in the worst DV relationship i was so lucky to get out of alive many many times. Most of my teen life i was abused daily with many people witnessing and not saying a word to help stop the punching the kicking or worse. All the years growing up being put in the most uncomfortable situations by men (if you can call them that) the words NO not meaning anything, your voice not being herd your body not being yours to protect and control. I have made it my goal to make sure my girls have a voice, have the confidence the courage to speak up and always no i am there behind them 💯. I will walk this walk with pride in my heart coz I MADE IT OUT!!!!No just for me but for my daughters my granddaughters, my nieces my sisters my bestie and every woman who is going through it or gone through it. I HERE YOU. I SEE YOU. I AM HERE!!!!
