Hi family and friends, from November 25th, I’m going to be walking for a cause that is close to my heart.
Every woman and girl around the world, deserves to feel Safe. Everywhere. Always. – at home, at the gym, even online - and that is why I’m joining UN Women Australia in the walk to end violence against women and girls.
Help me reach my fundraising goal and we can help to build a better future for women and girls around the world.

Walk With Me: A Journey of Healing and Hope for Women Who’ve Survived Abuse
Monday 27th OctEvery step tells a story.
Every mile walked is a voice for those who were once silenced.
I’m taking part in Walk With Me — a movement dedicated to supporting women who have experienced abuse or sexual assault. This walk isn’t just about raising funds — it’s about raising hope, awareness, and strength.
Too many women suffer in silence, feeling unseen, unheard, and alone. But together, we can change that. By walking side by side, we show that survivors are never alone, that healing is possible, and that love and community are stronger than fear.
Funds raised through this event will go toward [insert cause or organization name here — e.g., “local women’s shelters,” “counselling programs,” or “crisis support services”]. These vital services provide safety, counselling, and a path toward rebuilding lives.
When I walk, I walk for:
