We are joining UN Women Australia because violence against women and girls is not a niche issue, a private issue, or a someday issue. It is a global crisis that demands action, not silence. We refuse to look away. We refuse to shrug and call it normal. We refuse to leave this world unchanged for our daughters.

We are walking for the women who were never believed.

We are walking for the girls who learned too young to shrink themselves.

We are walking for every survivor who clawed her way back to herself.

We are walking because safety should not depend on luck.

Our kilometres are not just steps. They are resistance. They are solidarity. They are a raised voice. They are a line in the sand that says women and girls deserve better and we will not wait politely for the world to catch up.
